Our main dishes are served to your tables family style, allowing guests to help themselves from platters and bowls... dig in!

SLOW PORK

Slow cooked pulled pork shoulder and sliced leg of pork served ready carved on platters along with fabulous crackling, homemade stuffing and apple sauce. Served with a selection of three hot or cold sides 

ROAST SIRLOIN OF BEEF

Joints served to the table and carved by an allocated guest!  Served with Yorkshire Puddings, horseradish sauce, roasted potatoes and a selection of seasonal vegetables and red wine gravy 

DUCK TWO WAYS

Confit leg of duck and roasted duck breast, served with an orange, cranberry and port reduction, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables 

ROAST LAMB

Whole roasted Lamb carved and servedon platters along with homemade mint and apple jelly and a selection of seasonal potatoes and vegetables 

STEAK & CHIPS

Griddled medium spicy marinated beef skirt steaks with a punchy salsa verde, chunky wedges and dressed spinach and tomato salad.

POACHED SALMON

Lemon poached salmon fillet served with lemon & caper mayonnaise, new potatoes and two side salad dishes 

HERBY CHICKEN

Lemon, thyme and garlic chicken, served with a seasonal vegetable risotto 

SAUSAGE & MASH

A selection of locally made butchers sausages served with crushed buttery potatoes, red onion gravy and seasonal vegetables.

LASAGNE

Homemade beef lasagne or Roasted vegetable lasagne (v/vg)  Served with garlic bread and a crisp green salad

AUBERGINE

Roasted aubergine filled with tomato, mozzarella and basil (vg)

MUSHROOM

Mushroom Wellington stuffed with stilton and shallots (V)

SUMMER VEGETABLES

Mediterranean tart of roasted tomatoes, olives and rocket finished with balsamic glaze (vg)
